Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 1–5 business days, and most ship within 3. We'll email you when it's on the way.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on US orders of $40 or more. For smaller orders, you'll see the rate at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, to Canada and the UK. You'll see the shipping rate at checkout.

Can I get it faster?

Yes. At checkout, you can choose UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver. Those delivery times start when your order ships, not when you place it.

Fit and features

What's the difference between Standard and Bouffant?

The Standard cap is the classic fit, with ties at the back, for short to medium hair. The Bouffant has a roomy elastic back for long hair and buns. Most prints come in both styles.

Do caps come in sizes?

No. Each style is one size: you adjust the Standard with its ties, and the Bouffant's elastic back stretches to fit.

What are the Ear Relief buttons?

There are two buttons on each side of the cap. Hook your mask's ear loops on them, and the elastic pulls on the cap instead of your ears.

What are the caps made of?

Lightweight, moisture-wicking polyester with two-way stretch. Every cap is printed and sewn by our team in the USA.

How do I wash my cap?

Wash cold and hang dry. Need to sanitize? An occasional hot wash with a little bleach is fine.

Practice orders

Can we get caps with our practice's logo?

Yes. Dental, medical, and veterinary practices, surgical teams, and clinics can put their logo on any print or solid, in Standard or Bouffant. Send us your logo, and we'll prepare the artwork and send you a digital proof before anything is made.

How do we start?
